Ella and I met in 2004 when we were both students at Naropa University, and we’ve been friends ever since. I’ve been very fortunate to have her as a friend, sometimes roommate, and many times creative collaborator. She also has taken care of my little Chico (schnauzer-daschound mutt) and my cats while I’ve been traveling. She is a gentle, nurturing person, and I have always felt at ease when Chico is in her care. I was so sad when she moved away from Portland! She brings warmth, love, and laughter wherever she goes, and I miss her very much. My loss can be your gain! I wholeheartedly recommend her as a pet sitter for your beloved furry friends.

Ella is my go to dog sitter. I have 2 special needs small breed dogs - one has joint issues and one has anxiety issues - so having a "stranger" care for them is a challenge. My pups quickly fell in love with Ella (probably because of the time and attention she lavished on them - I got picture text updates on their status while I was away) and I can say, without hesitation, that having her watch our furry family members was the next best thing to having them with us. Three thumbs up (I borrowed a thumb from a friend because I recommend her so highly my two thumbs wouldn't suffice).
