Hi, ElKee here! A little back story on me :) I grew up on a farm and have been around dogs since I was a young child. While I was in college, I worked for a vet for 2.5 years and for a short time I worked for a local groomer. I really enjoy being around dogs and building a trusting relationship with them. I have dog sat for friends and family through the years and now that I have relocated I hope to start helping others in this area. My main goal is to make you and your pet's lives better by offering a reliable, trustworthy service. I am always eager to help however I can so please reach out and let me know what type of pet care you are needing. I am sure we can create a care plan that is ideal for you and your pet.

We were visiting from out of state & Elkee watched our Yorkie at the hotel for the evening. She showed up on time, tougher out a snow storm & our Jack was calm/content when we got back! Thank you for allowing us a great trip!!
My pups were so happy when I came home I know they were well taken care of! Elkee even allowed all 3 of them to sleep with her and I know they loved it! I was sent photo updates throughout the stay. She even left some adorable photo printouts of the pups. Thanks Elkee!!
I was very hesitant about leaving Bella, our Cairn Terrier with anyone while we were away. Elkee assured me she would take good care of her & we were not disappointed. She sent pictures at least twice a day & I felt much better knowing she was spending quality time with Bella. She took great care of our house & is so personable. Thank you Elkee
We asked Elkee to stay with our babies for a weekend while we were away and she did such a great job! She loved on our pups and took excellent care of them, while providing morning and evening updates and photos. We are so sad she's moved away, and would recommend her to anyone needing a sitter to care for their pups.

I am accepting of all dogs and I do not believe specific breeds are "mean." I have met my fair share of misunderstood dogs. I try to approach each pet with an open mind and use what I know to help make my time with the pet the best it can be. The only caveat I have is I do live in an apartment complex therefore they do have a list of "approved" breeds. Therefore, I have to abide by their rules and regulations.
A typical day
I am a very active individual and I like to include my dogs. Therefore, if you would like your dog to go on runs, walks, hikes, swims, or any other sort of aerobic exercise, I can make that happen. I am conveniently located and I love traveling to nearby parks with my furry clients.
