Elizabeth did a great job dog sitting our little dog. This was the first time leaving her and were nervous. Elizabeth updated us with pictures and was great at communicating. She left our house clean. Would definitely book with her again.

Lola was happy, the house was mostly neat and the plants were fine however Elizabeth appears to have a problem with keeping her commitments. The first day she texted me in the morning while I was at work and said that her brother was graduating and they wanted to go to dinner after . She wanted to be out until 7:00. I agreed as long as she took Lola out at 2:30. Later i thought but when she accepted this job she must have known her already that her brother was graduating. Then she texted me on the Sunday asking if she could leave by 10:30 as something Had come up. I agreed as I was going to be home by 3:00 Then she texted my on Monday to says that unfortunately she could not stay until July 6 she now had to finish the assignment on July2. This only 3 weeks away from a 2 1/2 week trip overseas. apparently she expected me to find someone else to cover half of the trip. i called Rover and canceled her for the June/July and September trip. . Elizabeth needs to understand that she is making a contract for a job for which she is paid. I cannot recommend as I feel she is unreliable.
