My family has had a dog ever since I was born, always big dogs too :) But I've watched dogs and cats of every size and enjoy getting to know each of their personalities individually!

I am currently living in a dog friendly apartment building! We (my two roommates, also dog sitters, and I) pay a pet-fee each month to allow for boarding dogs. A big bonus of boarding with me is that your dog(s) will be the only one(s) in the home during their stay! So no need to worry about kennel cough, illnesses, or unfriendly dogs. We have a XL dog crate in our living room for when no humans are home, and I am able to take dogs outside on leash as many times a day to go potty as needed. I do have a divider for the crate for smaller dogs. Because of this, I can also host 2 small dogs at a time! Otherwise for dogs medium and up, I can only host one at a time.

Please let me know of any quirks your dog may have such as food or toy possessiveness, if they eat trash or poop on the ground during walks etc. Just so I can make sure to keep them safe and the environment calm and comfortable. Also please let me know if your pup is not crate trained so we can discuss other arrangements. Dogs will be out and about with me the majority of the time, the crate is solely for when no-one can be home to keep an eye on the dog, to ensure the safety of our property during the stay.
A typical day
I’m more than happy to take dogs that like car rides to trails for long, explorational walks or even hikes for athletic dogs with lots of energy! Just let me know ahead of time so I can get a go-bag together!

Availability
I just would like to put here that I am focusing on boarding and am home full-time with pups on the weekends! Please check out my cozy dog-corner in the pictures!! Back to your scheduled programming: I work in an office full time from 9am-noon, have an hour lunch break where I am able to come home and let dogs outside to go potty, and then from 1pm-4:30pm. Outside of work I prioritize being with pets to ensure they get enough play time, exercise, quality time, and pets :) So I am a great match for pets with a working parent(s).
