I absolutely love dog sitting. I keep threatening that I’ll be completely content in life if I just had a dog, however I rent my home and my roommate and I are not allowed to have a dog of our own. Pet sitting is the perfect way around that issue. I have a fenced in backyard and there is a park just up the block. I enjoy, dog willing of course, to go on walks or runs in the Hillcrest area which is just a few streets up. I have no problems watching a "difficult" dog or cat, although that being said all of the animals I have watched have been a breeze. I prefer to run things like a doggy daycare: frequent updates, lots of exercise, and just a fun time for your special friend. My roommate also has a Rover account and we jointly run things when we sit in our own home, she's had around 3 years of experience and never fails to make herself an asset while watching our guest. (Her name is Zippy Miles) Besides cats and dogs I have experience with horses, birds, and rabbits. No animal too big or small.
