I offer a multi-pet discount . Please contact me for more info. I am a graduate from The Ohio State University where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. For the past 20+ years I have had various jobs in pet-sitting and animal care. I am comfortable around all animals (pocket pets, dogs, cats, horses, and other livestock). I also have experience in medicating animals if that is needed. In addition to pet care, I also offer mail collecting, some cleaning, and plant-watering. References available upon request. I do work full-time at OSU and am only available for drop-in visits from 5am-7am and after 4pm. Why I love dog sitting I have been around dogs and other pets my whole life. My family had them growing up. I've had my own dogs and other small animals for 15+ years. My experience administering medication I am willing and experienced in administering most anything that the pets normally receive.

Elizabeth is great. We have three dogs one of which is very scared of new people and she handled her wonderfully. She sent picture updates and the dogs were very happy and relaxed while she watched them. We will definitely be using her again.

I try to keep pets on their normal schedule and routine if at all possible, including feeding times, fun activities, cuddle time, and more. I send updates and pictures so you know what's going on with your pet while you are gone.

I like to know what type of schedule the animal is currently used to. I find that the closer I stick to the pets normal schedule, the happier and less stressed they are when their owners are gone. I like to meet the pets before I sit for them if at all possible so they are somewhat familiar with me before I arrive. I also like to know what their favorite toys and treats are. Of course, the name and number of the current vet should also be shared in case of an emergency.
A typical day
I will do whatever activities the dog is used to doing. I can take them on walks or to the park. I can even drop them off at the vet, groomer, or doggy day care if needed. We will play with toys inside or outside if you have a fenced yard.

Availability
I work full-time so am only available for morning drop-ins between 5am-7am. I'm available after 4pm for late afternoon, evening, or night drop-in visits as needed.
