We can't recommend Liz enough. From the very beginning she was welcoming and helpful- quick response to rover inquiries and then meeting us in-person on short notice so we and our pup, Malmo, could get to know her. Through Malmo's stay she sent us updates including pictures, her pup (Emmett) became Malmo's best friend and playmate, and she flexed pickup time due to changes in our travel itinerary. Malmo came home happy, tired, and well taken care of. Liz's hospitality was above and beyond and we will be utilizing her from now on. She has our highest recommendation.
