Pet care experience
I am a graduate student at the University of the Virgin Islands and a passionate dog lover. I have owned Labradors almost my entire life so I understand the needs of high energy pooches. I have experience caring for a variety of breeds including basset hounds, golden retrievers, jack Russell terriers, boxers, chihuahuas, corgis, Pit bulls, and several beloved mutts. I am rehabilitating a corgi mix that was rescued from a natural disaster, so I can show your pup plenty of patience and compassion. When I am not diving or doing field work, I can work from home and have a flexible schedule. Additionally I have plenty of experience house sitting and am a very courteous guest - I can water house / outdoor plants if needed. I am looking forward to working with you and your canine companion!

I would like to know any history of aggression and how the dog reacts to strangers. Allergies, medications, and dietary restrictions must be disclosed. And finally, what is your dogs daily ritual? I do not have a breed preferences, and love to work with all dogs.
A typical day
I will take dogs on plenty of walks, either in the neighborhood or at Deep Run Park. If owner is comfortable, I can also take dogs to the Short Pump Dog Park for socializing. If owner has a fenced in yard I will play fetch with the dog.
