Pet care experience
I voulunteered at an animal shelter and took care of small dogs by playing with them and make their life happy because all day they spend inside the kettle. It makes me sad that most of them wait longer than others to be adopted. So I make their experience outside of their kettle the best days of their lives. This includes fetching toys, gradually teaching tricks, and giving the best cuddles. I used to have a Labrador retriever named Tyson, but it was actually my previous roommate’s dog. Most of the time, she would neglect him, so I stepped in to take care of him. It saddened me that my previous roommate treated Tyson so poorly, but I was not going to let this take a toll on his life. As of now, I currently volunteer at a cat lounge in Downtown Long Beach and spend my time taking care of our cats, clean their litter, and feed them. I also answer guests questions regarding the adoption process and specific cats they are seeking.
