Dependable and Loving Pet Sitter

Pet care experience

Hello, my name is Elizabeth! My husband and I live in Fort Hood, Texas. I have been pet sitting for 5 years and I am a certified dog trainer. I have also done volunteer work with the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region as a dog walker and I am pet CPR and first-aid certified so your fur babies will definitely be safe with me. While pet sitting I keep owners updated on their pets so they know how they are doing while they are away. Before the pet sitting takes place, we must have two meet and greet sessions. This gives you a chance to meet me and ask me any questions that you may have and vice versa. It also gives me a chance to meet your pet(s) and get to know them better. At the first meet and greet I ask that you bring your pets on leash and provide a copy of your pet's vaccination records. All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. I also provide a form that must be filled out prior to the sitting. This form contains important information about your pet as well as emergency contact information. For the second meet and greet session, we ask that you bring your pet(s) on leash. You will drop them off for 30 minutes-1 hour and pick them up. This is basically a trial run for your pet(s). It will help them somewhat understand that when you drop them off, you will be coming back for them. Lastly, the safety of the animals and ourselves are one of our biggest priorities. Therefore, we do not accept pets with a history of aggression. *Note: Those who do not have access to Fort Hood, must obtain a visitor's pass. We look forward to meeting you and your pet(s)! Why I love dog sitting I have always had a love for dogs for as long as I remember. I grew up constantly wanting to learn more about them and be around them. My experience administering medication Only if ingested orally.

Elizabeth was great taking care of my dog. Was happy to use her again. Am disappointed that she is moving away and I’ll have to find someone else.

Elizabeth took great care of my older Labrador retriever. No issues and catered to her needs. Received daily updates and would recommend.

Elizabeth is great! I was so luck to found her watching the pups at last minutes. t's my first time using Rover and I was nervous. Elizabeth updated us with pictures and the pups' activities. Elizabeth is amazing sitter. She took care one of the pups when he was sick. She is friendly and professional and most importantly, the pups loves her! She is now on our go-to list for watching our pups. Thank you, Elizabeth.

I had a very unplanned trip out of town and had to find a place for my two dogs to stay. I am SO happy that Elizabeth was able to care for them! They loved every minute of it. She sent pictures to me daily and updates about how they were doing. I couldn't have asked for a better caretaker for them. They were probably more spoiled with her than they were in my home which says a lot. I would recommend her to anyone!
