I have always had a love for animals, always. When I was younger I wanted to become a veterinarian (Elizabeth), however could not see an animal hurting, so instead I pursued nursing humans. :) I love dogs! My pound rescue, Lucy, is 4 years old (part Schnauzer, part terrier mix) and is a member of the Triad Love on a Leash Therapy Dog team. She is energetic and 15 pounds of pure love. She is extremely adaptable around other dogs and loves to run and play fetch. We have over 40 acres of land to explore including a pond for the water lovers in your family. We live down a gravel road, so we are remote and it will feel like a "vacation" for them. :) Your 4-legged children will love us and our home! And we will LOVE them, too!
