They will be spoiled beyond measure

Pet care experience

Parents, Taking care of animals is so natural for me, and I’m grateful that Rover exists. It’s such an easy way for me to share my love and attention that all your fur-babies deserve while you are away. The well-being of your loved one, emotionally and physically, will always be assessed under my care. They will receive a quality amount of exercise, play time, cuddles and more. I enjoy hiking trails, playing at the dog park, and just relaxing outside! I am committed to the mental, physical and emotional well-being of the animals under my care. I will ensure a safe and secure environment, treat every animal with respect and kindness, and maintain client privacy, security and confidentiality. I am invested in reducing your pet’s stress and anxiety while you are away and exceeding your expectations. Enjoy your time away knowing your family members are in trusted, loving hands.

Liz was a wonderful sitter. She took care of my cat and home very well. I enjoyed the photos sent to me of my kitten having a great time. She’s very responsive and responsible.

Elizabeth was so kind and caring with our dog and took her on some wonderful adventures. We felt at ease knowing that she was taking care of our pup! We will definitely be asking her to sit for us in the future!

Liz was great with our boy Gaston! He is a bit nervous around new people, but he warmed up to her right away. She took him for long walks and played with him - he's very energetic and she made sure to wear him out! She sent photos and checked in with us frequently. We will absolutely use Liz for our future trips!

Liz is a wonderful, caring pet sitter! We felt comfortable and safe knowing that our cat was in her care while we were out of state. She kept us promptly updated about our cat and sent us adorable photos and videos. She is flexible and works around your schedule, which we greatly appreciated. We would request her services again in a heartbeat!

Safety, trust & environment

I am originally from Mississippi and have been living in Asheville since November 2021. I have worked as a pet nanny and grooming assistant; I’ve also completed an internship at an animal sanctuary caring for horses, pigs, tigers, lions, birds, 15+ dogs and 150+ cats. My ultimate goal is to work with wildlife and the environment.

Information Elizabeth P. would like to know about your pet

I would like to know: 1. would we be able to go on trails, to the dog park and to pet friendly businesses? 2. any habits while pottying, eating, sleeping? 3. what makes your pet uneasy or aggressive? 4. are treats allowed?

A typical day

If it’s okay with the parents I enjoy going on trails, to the dog park and to pet friendly businesses. My dog, Beckham, goes just about everywhere with me!

I am in between veterinary assistant jobs at the moment, but am currently working part time at Publix pharmacy. No more than 8 hours will lapse between potty breaks during my working hours on weekdays. If you live less than fifteen minutes from my workplace (1833 Hendersonville Rd 28803), I will take my lunch break at your home.
