Liz is an excellent communicator and sent texts with photos to show me what my dog was doing and how they were. When picking up or dropping off, she would also mention any observations that she made too which was very thoughtful. As a first time user of Rover, this experience has really put me at ease and I know that if I ever need to board my dog again, Liz is who I'm going with.

Elizabeth and her husband did an outstanding job taking care of our dogs. They went above and beyond to make the experience excellent. We will definitely be using Elizabeth again!
