Pet care experience
I have been taking care of pets since I was about ten years old. My family had a yellow lab and tabby cat growing up whom I was typically responsible for when my parents left the house hold. A few relatives enlisted in my sitting services for overnight stays once I was old enough to be home alone (about 12 years old) and since then I have cared for cats, dogs, bunnies and birds alike. I love interacting with animals, taking them on walks (when accessible) and getting them nice and clean for their owners! Additionally, I am able to travel to your home for daily or overnight stays as long as you are within 30 miles of the Denver metro area.

Elizabeth was absolutely amazing. Our pets are high energy and not only were the pets calm when we got home but everything was cleaner than we left it. One of the dogs tore a bed and she even took time to hand sew it up! Highly recommend Elizabeth and we will be using her again in the future.

Safety and satisfaction are my top two priorities with pet care. In my own home I am able to watch our furry friends roam around a mid-sized fenced in backyard. If a fence is not an option within your home I will sit with a leashed pet or watch them free range, depending on owner instructions. Strolls around the neighborhood always require a leash, poo bag and cellphone camera. The safety of your home is also a priority, so any directions for locking procedures will be carefully followed. I will also ensure that you come home to a home which is as clean or cleaner than you left it.

I need to know their routines and daily schedules, as well as their attitudes towards people and other animals. Please let me know what their favorite activities are, and if they have any special needs that you would like me to accommodate.
A typical day
I am a part-time runner and avid fan of the great outdoors. If your pup likes to walk, we will have a lot of fun exploring the parks near your home. A few of my favorites are Cheesman Park, Sloan’s Lake and the foothills of Golden- to name a few. If your pup likes play time I am happy to find a dog park, or throw frisbee’s from the comfort of your yard.

Availability
My current schedule includes part time work from 8am-2pm M-F. I am able to be with your pet at any time outside of these hours, and can discuss a potty-break option with this schedule.
