Very Loving, Reliable & Flexible!
Pet care experience
I’ve owned dogs my whole life. Majority of them were rescues, so I have experience with separation anxiety, aggression, fear, etc. I began fostering and dog sitting in 2015 and loved it ever since. I used to work at a dog daycare, so I have experience with many different breeds and insuring everyone gets along. I love every animal I meet and promise I will take the best care of your pet, no matter what they may need! I am a digital nomad, so I can work anywhere. I have 2 chihuahuas, who typically stay with my Mom while I dog/house sit, unless I get permission to bring them along! I had a dog with special needs, who required a lot of supervision and medication 3 times a day. Unfortunately, he passed in 2022, but he inspired me to start a non profit called Rescue Movement Alliance. I have always been passionate about rescuing animals, so having a 501c3, where we can impact so many lives is a dream come true!
Reviews
Elizabeth did a great job watching our house and pets!
Elizabeth was fantastic. She went above and beyond for our fearful pup. We had several meetups before she stayed with him. She was patient and allowed him to get comfortable with her on his terms. She kept us up to date on how he was doing during her stay, so I never had to worry.
Elizabeth took great care my typically difficult dog and gave him lots of exercise and adventures! He had a great time and had his own fun vacation while I was away!
Elizabeth was wonderful with communication and took great care of our anxious dogs. We would love to use her again.

Safety, trust & environment
I always make sure they are never unattended outside. I make sure they're harness and leash is extra secure, especially if they are known to run away! I never feed them any human food. If any medical issue comes up, I drop everything to make sure they get any care they need based off any instructions left by their owner. It definitely helps that my sister works at a vet and can answer any immediate questions or concerns. They always have access to fresh water.
Information Elizabeth L. would like to know about your pet
Does your dog have any triggers or fear of loud noises or storms? Do they have a favorite game, such as fetch or tug of war? Do they have a specific way of signaling that they need to go to the bathroom? Do they have a certain commands you would like me to use?
A typical day
I typically will ask if there are any specific parks the like to go to or games they enjoy playing. I love taking dogs on walks or even runs if they are capable and enjoy it. Usually, I take a break from working on my laptop every 10-15 minutes to tell them how cute they are and give them endless belly rubs. When they are nice and worn out we relax outside (with a water bowl if it's hot) or cuddle on the couch (if they are allowed).

Availability
Since I am my own boss, I make my schedule based around the needs of the pets in my care. Their comfort and health comes first. If I'm outside working, then their bed, water and toys are out there with me (if they want, of course). If they love walks or even runs, they are there by my side. It's almost at a fault, how much I put them above my own needs, but I love making them happy especially when they may be missing their owners.
