Everything You Need Under One Woof.

Pet care experience

I have experience with pet care on a personal and professional level. Since I was a child i've always had a variety of pets, such as fish, birds, hamsters, ferrets, turtles, cats and dogs. I can't remember a time when I had only one pet. I like to think because of this I learned how to be patient, responsible, and compassionate at a very young age. I worked at a veterinary hospital for over 3 years. During that time I learned a lot about the over all health, safety, and well being of an animal throughout their stages of life. I have knowledge about vaccinations, flea, tick and heartworm medications, plus other medications, how to administer them and how to properly hold. I then moved on to become a pharmacy technician for 3 years and am currently studying for my PTCB certification. This has helped me to widen my knowledge of medications. My love for animals has always been a constant throughout my life. Since working at the veterinary hospital I have been pet siting on the side and continue to do so. I live on the Cape and am more than willing to travel from one end to the other for your pets needs.

Liz was so helpful for our multiple dogs. She was super communicative, reliable, dependable and flexible. They had a little anxiety and accidents that were atypical but she was so helpful with that and communicating what was going on and was flexible to find a better schedule to deal with their anxiety. So happy to have found a wonderful dog sitter to care for our crew. Thanks a million!

My doodle and I are so happy to have Liz as part of our Rover family! She’s kind, flexible and easy to communicate with. My dog liked her right away and I would absolutely recommend her services!

Safety, trust & environment

I have cared for pets in my own home but I would prefer if it were in the clients home due to the fact I have my own animals and wouldn't want to disrupt their life.

Information Elizabeth L. would like to know about your pet

Info I would request about your dog is age, activity level, diet, allergies, temperament, socialization, medications and or any health issues, knowledge of commands, and if they are a flight risk. Also for overnights which vet your pet goes to and their phone number in case of any emergency.

A typical day

I like to keep the pets routine as normal as possible as to not disrupt their life while the client is away. If the client feels safe with me taking their pets to a trail or to the beach that can be arranged. I always aim to create a positive environment for your pet, and will provide thorough care throughout my time with them.

My pet care includes check-ins, walks and overnights with house sitting. Although pet care is case by case it is best when the client is detailed in their instructions as to give the best possible standard of care. As it can be stressful on the client to be away and even more so on the pet.
