Pet care experience
After having a Great Dane/Black Lab mix named Independence growing up, I've loved taking care of and playing with dogs of all kinds! Though I don't currently have a pup of my own (I have a cat named Korra and she's the love of my life), I sit for my sister's yellow lab and for friends and family whenever possible. I joined Rover to be able to provide a flexible option for local dog parents and spend more time with pups! I'd be happy to spend a few hours (or days!) with your dog and have some extra puppy love in my life!

Elizabeth did an excellent job with our Dukie boy! She was prompt, courteous, and took lots of pictures for us! We would use her again in a heartbeat.
Once again, I return to my house with sleepy, happy dogs. Elizabeth is absolutely wonderful. She is quick to respond to messages and my two dogs simply love her. If you are looking for a sitter in the Boston-Cambridge/Somerville-area, you must use Elizabeth!!
Elizabeth took great care of our dog Chewie at our apartment. She kept in touch with pictures and updates throughout the weekend. We will definitely keep her in mind for future stays!

I'd like to know as much as possible about a dog before sitting, including likes and dislikes, regular schedules, medications, favorite toys, etc.
A typical day
Typical days would include neighborhood walks, meeting up with friends, going to dog-friendly parks, and hanging out playing at home. I enjoy hiking on the weekends so if I have your pup for more than a few hours I'd love to take them with me to local trails like the Fells in Stoneham or Blue Hills in Milford. I do work full time in Cambridge but have a very flexible schedule so I can be available for drop-by visits throughout the day.
