Pet care experience
I love dogs and will treat any guest dog like family. Every day we will have several hours of playtime and cuddles. I grew up with cats and would walk the neighbors dogs every week. Dog training and animal shows on TV are some of my favorites to watch and have proved very helpful. I've done pet sitting in the past for cats and dogs alike and enjoyed making them feel comfortable and loved while their owners were away. I also know that it's just as important to keep you updated on how your fur-baby is doing, so I send daily pictures and updates of your best buddy. I work in engineering during the day and then come home to spend time with my sweet border collie boy. We play each day, learn tricks, and he gets treats and chews of many types. Any dog that stays with us will share in the fun, cuddles, toys, and treats. I look forward to meeting you!

Information Elizabeth I. would like to know about your pet
I am not allowed to host pitbulls or staffordshire terriers, but I am open to all other breeds. Our guest will need to get along with other dogs (since I have a dog), and be house trained. If your dog is well mannered in the house and can be trusted unsupervised not to chew or get into things, then he can roam free in the home at all times. But if he/she is still learning then I will need to crate them while I am gone during the day and at night when I am sleeping.
A typical day
I currently have a border collie boy of my own and we always find fun and stimulating things to do no matter the season. In the summer we go for walks around town each day. It's a small town with a cute main street right on the Canal, and nice walking paths and grassy areas for dogs. In the winter or on rainy yucky days we stay inside and play games with toys and balls. I have a fairly large apartment with stairs so we play chase, fetch various toys, jump, spin, and practice various tricks. He's got a lot of energy so every day we need to exercise and dance his wiggles out so that he will sleep well. Any dog who stays with us will be welcome to play the same games with us and go for walks with us.
