Pet care experience
I've taken care of a variety of animals since the age of 12 (including dogs, cats, snakes, turtles, birds, lizards, rodents, and everything in between)! I have most recently taken care of my former roommate's dog, whom I have grown to understand the dog's, and many other animal species' behaviors and signals they express to tell me what they need or how they are feeling. I treat every animal under my care as if it were a child, making sure they are content and well stimulated as often as possible. At home I had many pets, including a dog, cat, snake, lizards, fish, and mice. In between school and extracurricular activities I found a balance to make sure they were getting the love and care they needed, and it has become one of the most rewarding experiences. I bring the dogs wherever I go, whether that be the beach, or on a few hikes. I am extremely attentive to animals' needs and have no issues understanding their desires as they become part of my day I always make sure they get their exercise in through play time or adventuring the surrounding areas. They become a part of the family in the time they spend with me which also means my undevoted attention to their comfort.
Reviews
Elizabeth watched our Mamba very last minute and took great care of him
Elizabeth was great with my dog. He was nervous at first but she made him feel at home. Despite the crazy weather she took him to his favorite dog park to play! He was well taken care of.
Elizabeth was so amazing all around. She’s a really sweet and caring person and it loves your pup as if it were her own. This was our first time leaving our giant 10 month old puppy for a trip and she made us feel at ease. We got daily updates and our pup got tons of fun exercise and excursions with her! Highly recommend her and I know Butter can’t wait to hang out with her again.
Elizabeth was great. My fiance and I were getting married and needed someone to look after our energetic 60 lbs, 8 month old Golden retriever pup Joey. It was our first time leaving Joey alone with anyone, let alone overnight. Elizabeth offered a quick meet and greet a week prior to make sure we (and joey) were comfortable with her. Joey took an immediate liking to her. Upon relieving Elizabeth when we returned, everything was just as expected and Joey was safe and happy! Would be more than happy to use Elizabeth's services again in the future.

I have a fenced yard, and a beautiful garden my previous guests have loved to play in and enjoy hanging out or watching the squirrels run by.

Information Elizabeth G. would like to know about your pet
I do not have any breed preferences, but an important factor I will need to know is whether or not they are potty trained/house trained. If I am told a dog is house trained and there is an accident in the house, there is a $30 charge. In regards to Dog Boarding, and I have a cut off/drop off time at 11pm.
A typical day
Walks by the creek, hikes in the forest, games like fetch and hide and seek are the top favorites, and maybe even some training on different tricks will keep your pet stimulated and exercised during their stay.

Availability
Your family member is one of mine too! They go wherever I go, and my choices in errands and hang out times become more about the animal's wellbeing, and their needs and requirements are always taken into consideration.
