Ever since I was little, my family has always had dogs. Now I have my own 3 dogs at home, several cats, snakes, and a ferret. When I was younger, I volunteered in veterinary clinics by working in kennels and I did a high school internship at a veterinary clinic that I now work with. I am a part-time veterinary assistant. Working as a veterinary assistant has given me professional experience for caring for others pets and making sure they have the best care possible. I'm also a full-time student pursuing a sociology degree. I have personal experience caring for dogs, cats, rats & other rodents, birds & chickens, goats, ferrets, fish, and snakes & other reptiles.
