I've had over sixteen years of experience with dogs and cats of all ages, health issues and sizes. Two litters of puppies, ten dogs, and eight cats later I still love animals as much as ever! I love catering to their personalities, specific needs and offer all the love and attention they want. I am a responsible, dependable person looking to provide a safe, loving environment for your pet when you can't be there. I personally own a dog and a cat currently, so I understand how hard it is to leave an animal with a stranger and worry they may not receive the same attention you would give them. I guarantee, to the best of my ability, that your dog or cat will get as much attention as my own animals do.

Elizabeth was recommended by a friend to check on our dogs when we went on a trip several years ago. We've been having her come back every time we go anywhere since! Our two dogs, a German shepherd and Australian shepherd, love her and get so excited to see her! She's great at cleaning up after them when they have accidents and you can never tell they even happened. When we had Guinea pigs, she checked on them for no extra charge when she came to do the dogs. She's reliable, dependable, and attentive. One of upper trips our German shepherd became ill and she stayed with her all morning and even offered to take her to the vet for us if we couldn't make it back in time and her condition worsened. If you need a great pet sitter who will play with and care for your animals like they were hers then you've come to the right person!
I was not real happy with Elizabeth's check in's with Joseph. I had to contact her 3 out of 4 times to check and see if he was ok. Once she texted me at 10:30am, like we agreed to do. Some of the photos, Joseph didn't look very happy and I didn't care for the feet and leg photos. My last straw was I actually had to contact her to ask for my key to the apartment back and then went to a business to pick the key up. I am thankful she did go over to visit him but not sure it was everyday that I paid her for while I was gone? No, I will not book with Elizabeth again. Not reliable or dependable. Excuses are unacceptable to me when it comes to my pet. I can understand emergencies or change of plans, we all have them.
Elizabeth hit it off with Joseph right away the first day they met. She was very informative & sent photos almost everyday. I can tell she lives animals when she talks about her pets & showed me photos of them. She’s very easy to get along with a a very caring pet setter! I like to know the energy level, food preferences (allergies if applicable), favorite toys, behavioral issues (if any), and appropriate discipline practices if needed ("grounded" to their crate, no treats, etc.).
A typical day
Depending on your location I like to take dogs to the park or an open area where they can play and burn off energy. I don't like walking dogs on the highway or streets where there are no sidewalks so in those instances I try to find safe places to walk, driving short distances with the dog if necessary.
