Pet care experience
I had my own dog for 13 years and have been walking and dog sitting for about 6. I am a runner and love to bring furry friends with me on my routes. I grew up around family members who had farms and all sorts of animals, so my love for your furry friends extends to all breeds! I am a recent college graduate working part-time and remotely, so I have all the time in the world to take care of your pup! All I want is to treat your dog like my own, so that you can have peace of mind while you are away. I live in a pet friendly apartment building with a pet loving roommate. Our building has access to grass and a yard. It is also within walking distance of many trails and dog parks.

Eliza was excellent with Penny - she was very caring and attentive and made Penny fell at home. Eliza is an excellent communicator and provided frequent updates and photographs. Penny is 5 months old with a lot of energy and Eliza played with her and took her out for frequent walks. Highly recommend Eliza and would definitely rebook her as the situation arises.

I have a fenced dog park for off leash time, and a nearby trail for walks and runs on leash. I also have a large private terrace for private outdoor time in my own apartment. Dogs are allowed on all furniture, and I can enforce any rules that you have for your dog at home.

A typical day
I am an avid runner and hiker and would love to take your dog with me! There is forest access and park access right near my apartment building, so your pup will be getting plenty of outdoor time!

Availability
Working remotely means I will never leave your dog alone. They will come on my runs and multiple walks every day, as well as on my Durham adventures. I love taking dogs with me on my hikes, to Bull McCabes, and even just around Duke's campus. I can keep a close eye on them at all times, even during work hours.
