Hi there! I'm a 29-year-old based in DC working remotely for an international NGO. I only occasionally travel out of DC and internationally, so I am really excited to spend my weeknights and weekends taking care of some lovely pups! I work full time and I do not work from home - although I do have the flexibility to at times - so I am looking to board pups over the weekends for shorter stays generally between Thursday-Tuesday. Please reach out! I grew up with a Wheaten Terrier and I have dogsat for many friends’, coworkers’ and even by boss’ dogs! I’d love to walk or run your pup around town, check in on them in your house, or host them in my house for overnights. I’m very sensitive to dogs who especially might have special needs- my Wheaten, Sibley, had addison's disease, one that required exact medications administered at specific times, so I am experienced and happy to spend time with dogs who have complex medical histories and/or special needs. I've also helped to house train puppies, and have participated in teaching them how to go for walks on a leash, so I'm also very happy to work with owners on what they're trying to work on with their pups! I’m also very clean in my own house, and understand from experience that pups and dogs of all sizes love to get into mischief, so I don’t leave things around that could not be good for them.
