Hi there! I'm Elise. Under my care, your four-legged friend will get an extra dose of loving affection in addition to the specialized attention s/he needs. Pet-sitting over the past 4 years has been a true pleasure for me. Before joining Rover, I moonlighted with my best friend's pet care business Karma Pet Care, in Maryland, where I learned from a true Dog Whisperer. From time-to-time I volunteer with local adoption organizations at adoption events. Growing up I always lived with dogs, and feel strongly that life's just better with a (healthy, happy) furry companion. I've cared for a wide range of dog personalities and needs: large and small dogs, multiple dogs at a time, dog-aggressive/anxious dogs, and dogs that need medication or frequent exercise. When in your home, I hold a leave-no-trace philosophy: you will come home to a house at least as neat as you left it -- just with a happier dog.
