Pet care experience
As an avid dog lover my whole life, I have a lot of experience with dogs. Growing up, my family had a dog starting when I was 10. I also have been dog sitting and walking from a young age. I have done day time walking for those will full time jobs, and dog sitting for those on out of town trips. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, and dogs with behavioral issues and medical needs. I have worked with dogs as small as mini poodles, and as large as Bernese Mountain Dogs. I have experience feeding dogs medication as needed. Having been around dogs my whole life, I am aware of the amount of love, compassion, and attention dogs need! I also have experience cat sitting.

Elise is so great with dogs! I feel really comfortable leaving my 2 dogs with her because she's responsible and communicates with me while I'm away. One of my dogs is really active and I like leaving him with Elise because she takes him for long walks! She also spends tons of time with him outside. Additionally, one of my dogs has a heath condition and regularly takes medicine. Elise carefully attends to his meds and his health in general. Overall, Elise’s strengths as a dog-sitter are: attentive - she knows a lot about dogs and pays attention to their individual needs. communicative - she listens to my requests and keeps me updated while I'm away with lots of pictures. She’s such a great dog sitter that a few of my friends have also started using her with their dogs. She’s a true dog lover!
Hello! Elise is a lover of all dogs! In fact, our family would not have a dog if it wasn’t for her! She has lots of experience with taking care of large and small dogs - often being responsible for them while their owner was out of town for several days. She is very responsible and ensures the best care for all dogs while in her care. She loves to cuddle with with them and is very sweet with the dogs she cares for. Elise follows the instructions provided my the owner - including administrating medications as needed. I highly recommend Elise as a dog caregiver for Rover.

A dog’s general temperament is nice to know prior to pet sitting them. If a dog has a favorite toy and area in the neighborhood to walk, that is also nice to know, in order to provide the most loving experience for the dog.
A typical day
I always love a nice, long walk through the neighborhood. Stopping at the park (dog park or otherwise) is always a plus! There are so many sights and smells in the world - there must be ample time for them all!!
