Pet care experience
I work remotely and have plenty of time to attend to your pet’s needs. I’ve had pets all my life, and am comfortable with all breeds. We have a privacy fence that is currently being built, but will walk on leash for the time being. We aren't beholden to anything in the house, the furniture is fine for pets. Our home is next to a park. Everyone uses a leash and it’s relatively quiet, so you don’t have to worry about loud noises if you had a pet who tends to be more nervous or cautious about new places and sounds. I have an SUV, so in the event of a pet emergency I feel that I could safely get your pet to a veterinarian or home, depending on the situation. If medications need to be administered, I have experience with that and could take care of that as well.

Elise did such a great job watching our fur baby Mokka. She made an effort to win her over. A hard feat given that our kitty is super shy and skittish around strangers. However, Elise engaged her and was able to send us pictures of her throughout her service. Our cat was actually not unhappy with us when we got home because of Elise’s great care. Thank you.
Pets well taken care of and house was kept tidy.
Elise was a life saver with our new puppy! She came over for a meet and greet the night before and was so friendly. We came home from work to a happy girl with no accidents thanks to Elise and her flexibility to come and let her out multiple times while we were away.

We have a privacy fence that's being built now. I try not to book multiple pets, but during the holidays I may have pets from two owners that overlap. They can be separated (especially for feedings) if needed.

I do ask that you provide food. I do keep some on hand, but sometimes switching brands can cause stomach upset. Please let me know if your dog is particularly scared, or doesn't like to be pet, doesn't want to be picked up. I always want to treat your pets in the way that they're accustomed to at their own home.
A typical day
We can play as much fetch, go on as many walks as needed. If your dog likes to chew - no worries! I'm used to getting toys and treats to keep on hand. There is a dog park very nearby if your pet needs some social interaction.

I'm home with them while they're with me - so rest assured that your pet will get snuggles as needed and frequent time outside. I live very close to a dog park and am currently adding a privacy fence to my own yard.
