Pet care experience
I have worked at an animal rescue nonprofit organization and have had many years of experience working with difficult rescue pets looking after all types of dogs & cats. I will be attentive to your pet’s dietary restrictions and other special instructions as well as paying overall close attention to his/her behavior and needs. Comfortable administering medication to pets. If you choose to board your dog with us, he/she will be free to explore our very large wooded & fenced backyard! There will be two dog friends here - a hound and a mutt - for them to play with. We also have an indoor/outdoor cat who is friendly with dogs. Can't wait to meet you and your pet(s)!

Awesome as usual! On time arrival and dogs were super excited to see Elise.
I booked Elise for 2 nights to take care of my two dogs. She graciously took time to meet me and the dogs prior to the dates. I went away feeling very comfortable and confident that my dogs were in good hands. Highly recommend Elise for anyone wanting a special person watching their precious pups.

If your pet comes to stay with us, they will enjoy our very large wooded yard that is securely fenced. They will have two dog companions to play and explore with. There is also an indoor/outdoor cat who is friendly but generally keeps his distance. If I come to your home for pet-sitting or dog-walking, I will follow all instructions given and be very attentive to your pet.

Does your dog have any medical issues, medications, or dietary restrictions? Does your dog get along with other dogs/people/kids we could encounter on our walks? Will your dog let me know when he/she needs to go out or should we follow a schedule? What is your dog's energy level?
A typical day
If your dog comes to stay with us, we can take long or short walks on our dead-end dirt road - whatever your dog needs. Or, we can spend most time playing in the yard. Or, we can hang out and relax indoors. All depends on your pet's needs.

Availability
I have a flexible work schedule and will only accept care requests on days that i am not working at my other job. This means that if your pet is staying with us, I will always be home to supervise!
