I had used the same pet sitter who stayed in my home for many years, so I was nervous about something and someone totally new. Elisabeth quickly eased my worries and was patient with my 1st day crazies. She said if I brought something for my dogs birthday she'd take care of the celebration for me. Party hats and photos of my kids enjoying their birthday treats were a welcome surprise. I received daily photos along with updates and I knew my pups were having fun and well taken care of. I opted for a drop off, and the first post I saw as my plane landed and I had internet access was a photo of my dogs at home with a welcome home message. A perfect ending. Elisabeth and her family went above and beyond for us. She let us met her and her family at there home a few weeks wary to make sure it would be a good fit for our pugs. On the second day they had they threw a birthday party for our puppy's first birthday and sent us pictures of them in party hats. The last day she had them, she reached out to us when she thought our older pug was getting too hot and she took the necessary steps to get him cooled down. On our way to pick them up, we ran into car trouble and she was understanding about our delay to get them. We cannot recommend her enough and are truly grateful for all they did for our boys.
