Hello! My name is Elisabeth and I am a huge dog person! I have had dogs since the day I was born but haven't had one since I started college three years ago. I'm so excited to be around dogs again, giving your's the care and love it deserves! I live in the Riata Apartments in northern Austin, which offers 9 dog parks and plenty of places to run around and play. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover my whole life! I have had a puppy since the day I was born till I left for college at 18. My first dog was a golden retriever and her name was Natty. She was my first love! She passed away when I was 11 and it was very heart breaking for me because she would sleep in my bed every night. My second dog is Lucy! She a love-able white lab who became a huge part of my life. Lucy was like the sister I never had. When I left for college 3 years ago she was one of my hardest goodbyes. I get so excited to see her at holidays and my trips home! Since I left for college it has never felt right to get a dog in my fast pace moving situations, but I know when the time is right I will get a great dog of my own! About my yard I live in an apartment complex and there are 9 dog parks, many grass fenced in areas, a huge pond, and various walking trails. My experience administering medication I have never had to give a dog medication, but I am open to it. I would feel most comfortable if the owner provides me information, and proper technique on how to treat the dog.
