I'm bilingual, so I can teach your dog spanish! haha I prefer having at least a week's notice prior to boarding to arrange a play date and home visit to ensure compatibility. I adore dogs, but am specially fond of high-energy types. Mocha is my 2 year old overly-friendly pit-lab mix; she will drain the energy from your pup. She is 50 lbs, docile, adores playing, and will be around for overnight visitors and for dog park visits. Although we do not have a fenced-in backyard, we frequent the dog park and stay active. A busy dog is a mentally stimulated dog. I practice positive reinforcement and believe that humans must learn to communicate with dogs, not resorting to punishment. I volunteered walking/feeding/caring for dogs at a no-kill shelter the two years I lived in Asheville and have done some dog-sitting for friends. I am available all Sunday and Monday, and the rest of the week after 5 PM
