Dog owner and dog sitter/boarder of over 5 years I've cared for Dobermans, Akitas, Shitzus, malteses, Chihuahuas, Pitbulls, and poodles! I provide my dog boarders their own beds in my livingroom. They get 2 night time potty breaks, and a nice 15 minute walk both at night before bed, and in the morning when we wake up. Breakfast follows. Plus I provide a lot of toys and supervision when they're just awake and looking for something to do. In the summers, the days get long and super hot so we go on little car rides to Starbucks for puppy cups once a week as a treat. We do dog parks in the evenings when its cooler, or go if your dog is into it, go for short bike rides (wearing doggy shoes, and a vest of course!) So in short, give them love, entertainment, structure, and supervision. Full time weekend Dog Mom. Part time substitute teacher employee. I work 2 to 3 days a week, mornings only. My husband works night. Someone is always home. Not having a fenced yard means we actually watch your dog. There will be no phoning it in here. Daily trips to the park to burn off energy. Crates for doggy breaks. Separated meals from each other so there's no food aggression. We know your dog is good, we just don't want to make them feel uncomfortable while they eat.
