Pet care experience
A true animal lover, I’ve hand-reared orphaned animals from kittens to sugar gliders, to wild baby hedgehogs! I’m the resident pet sitter for friends going away, and I have two rescue cats of my own, Bartok and Satie, who live with my partner and me in Beijing. I’m an attentive owner and have even clicker trained my cats! Recently I’ve come back to the UK for family reasons and am missing my pets, it would be a joy to look after yours!

Our minds were at ease with Elinor looking after our precious dogs. She sent us daily updates which eased any worries. The flat was very tidied when we returned.
Following the sudden loss of my partner I found myself desperate to look after my gorgeous little fur baby whilst I attended the funeral. Elinor came to meet Alf and they got on well and felt at ease with Elinor to stay in my house with Alf. Alf had lots of fun and was really well cared for . I would recommend Elinor very highly. You know your pets best, so let me know what their needs are and I will stick to your guidance. Care will of course be taken when I enter/leave the house in case your cat or dog is skittish! I’m cautious by nature, so if I’m walking your dog I will always be mindful of other dogs.

A typical day
I would take your pup for walks in the woods, or a riverside run. If I’m looking after your cat, I’ll be taking slow, letting them warm up to me and creating a sense of routine in the house.

Availability
I work from home, so I’ll be around during the day to spend time with your pets. I’m also a runner, so in addition to walks, I can take dogs for a run with me if that’s something they enjoy. Please note: my work schedule is a bit changeable, so I may be unable to respond to requests far in advance.
