We could not have been more pleased with our experience leaving our dog with Eliette. As a first time Rover user, Eliette was patient and more than accommodating in setting up a meet & greet prior to booking. She was easily accessible over text throughout our trip and sent us at least 1 photo every day. Upon drop-off, it was clear that Eliette was knowledgeable and prepared to have our dog stay with her, but also that her place was clean and dog friendly. I particularly enjoyed that she had a small fenced in yard and that dogs were allowed on her furniture and bed, which is where our dog usually sleeps at home. Overall, Eliette exhibited the utmost professionalism and care, making us feel incredibly comfortable knowing our dog was somewhere safe & loved. I would not hesitate to recommend Eliette to our friends and family and have her watch our dog again in the future.

Eliette is amazing! I have an elderly dog and I was so happy to find someone with elderly dog experience. Her space was perfect, she was easy to communicate with and my old pup seemed quite at home. I cannot thank her enough.
