Eli is a kind dogsitter who clearly loves animals. She was quickly available when needed and was very patient with my dog unexpectedly marking indoors. She watched my dog for four one-night periods spread out over a month. While there were three stays without incidence, I received a call during his fourth day from a stranger reporting they had found my escaped dog. I alerted Eli and arranged for my dog to be safely returned. While dogs escape and accidents happen, Eli did not reach out with an apology, explanation or offer of a refund, and instead avoided contact and conversation. Instead, she left my dog's items on her porch without discussion. I had to follow up multiple times throughout the week in order to have a final item returned to me and we spoke briefly where she apologized.

Eli helped us out in a last minute pinch to watch Chego during the day while we had house work done. She and her pup were great with Chego and she was very responsive, providing updates and seemed comfortable managing both dogs. Would book her again-thanks!!
