First time using Rover and there was great communication with Elena from the very first contact. I booked Elena for overnights house and cat sitting. I have a lot of little things to deal with in my old house and Elena was conscious of all of those during her stay. My girl kitty is very shy and likes to hide when company is here but she eventually did warm and was out in about with Elena. My boy cat liked Elena from the very first visit so that also confirmed why I had to book her. Elena did a great job communicating throughout the entire process- up to the very end of the booking. I even had a question or two after her stay and she was very responsive. She sent several photos a day which made my day and put me at ease. She took care of the mail and feeding the yard birds too. I would book her again for my next trips. Highly recommend her services.
