Pet care experience
I'm Elena, an fellow dog owner and lover. I moved to Sarasota and looking to make some new fluffy friends! I have grown up surrounded by pets, mostly dogs, and have four beautiful dogs back home ranging from a chihuahua to a husky. I have frequently watched neighbors dogs and have even done overnight dog sitting for friends and found it was time to expand and play with more dogs! Pet sitting gave me the wonderful opportunity to not only meet a variety of amazing dogs but also the owners who cared and made them that way. Understanding the full responsibilities that come with caring properly for every unique dog, I am willing to care for them, however is needed with any special instructions. In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, going to concerts, and hanging out with my friends poolside. I also have a small Pomeranian which I consider my own son, making me a young dog mom ;)

My husband & I are brand new to using Rover, so we were nervous at first about leaving for a week over the holidays for someone to care for our dog. Elena is a very bright, friendly person. She watched my dog and 2 cats for 3 days. She came to meet the pets and they all loved her. She was very communicative while I was away, and responded to messages promptly. I would definitely book with her again.
Elena was so genuinely sweet to my girl. She sent me lots of pics and videos and I could tell Fiona just LOVED her. She was punctual, very communicative, and I’d definitely have her over again. <3 Thanks Elena!
Elena was prompt in responding, and flexible in scheduling a meet and greet before I went away for the weekend. The dogs loved her immediately and she was always on time for the walks. She was even kind enough to come at a different time when a schedule changed happened. Elena was kind, courteous and professional through out the process and I felt very comfortable having her take care of my dogs while I was away.

Whether it is walking a dog or staying with them for a certain period of time, I would love to in addition to their favorite toys or activities, what can bother the dog or upset them such as being around other dogs or certain noises. I know all dogs are different and have different preferences and I am very understanding and able to work around it. Also, please inform me of any special medications or special instructions needed for your special pal.
A typical day
One of the perks of living here is that I have found a number of beautiful trails and parks perfect for your dog and me. I also make custom homemade doggy treats that are filled with delicious foods that are beneficial and safe for dogs.
