Hello there! About us: We are currently working from home in White Bear Lake. We are proud dog parents of a friendly golden retriever, named Rodger. We’ve fostered many dogs and have boarded dogs of family and friends throughout the last five years. We have experience with dogs from 6 to 135 lb, from 2 months to 15 years old. We're huge dog lovers, so making your dogs as happy as they can just come second nature for us!🐾 About Rodger: Our puppy is very loving and has a great temperament and absolutely loves to play with new friends, his pedigree and temperament have been certified by AKC. Rodger treated our foster dogs and other boarded dogs like family. He’s a big teddy bear who can help burn your dog’s energy without playing too rough. We have a separate room for Rodger when your dog needs space to relax and decompress. We are sure your fur babies will enjoy hanging out with us and Rodger.

Our 2yo doodle Billie spent 10 days with Elena & Dan. Our first time leaving her with someone other than family. Bille was all smiles in every picture. Great communication!
Elena & Dan are amazing with our 1 1/2 year old golden retriever Skyler. We have brought her many times now & have felt that Skyler is safe with them & she’s getting plenty of activity & lots of love from them & the other dogs at their home. They have accommodated my schedule when I’ve had to change the times at the last minute. Skyler is a companion dog for my adult daughter with autism & the others dogs they take it aren’t aggressive which is important so Skyler doesn’t pick up negative behaviors. Thank you Elena & Dan!!
Elena is sweet and caring. Cocoa was happy there. They have an amazing backyard for dogs to roam free!

Stay: We welcome all breeds and sizes. The dogs will have a play area in the house to hang out and play with toys🧸. There will be relaxing music, pet cameras, doggy TV, etc. to keep them entertained. We also have a large fenced-up backyard (>10,000 sq. ft., 4 ft tall, and chain link) for the dogs to run around and burn their energy, one of us will be there to monitor them. Our furniture is covered so that's available for your dogs to lie on and rest. There is also a park across the street from our home and walking streets a block away for daily exercise🐕. Potty-trained: All dogs have to be potty-trained in order to board with us. An additional $50 cleaning fee will be required if there is more than 1 accident.

We want to match your dog's routine, from potty breaks to the methods you use to reward or correct behavior, so we have a few questions for you. 1. How much and how often does he/she eat, go outside, and go to the toilet? 2. Does he/she get along with other dogs? 3. What are his/her favorite toys and games? 4. What is he/she behavior like on a walk? 5. Any behavior issues, such as barking? Howling? Any excitement or nervous pee? If so, how would you address the situation and correct him/ her? 6. Any sign of aggression to food and toy? 7. Any special needs/ allergies? 8. Where does he/she normally sleep at night/ crate trained?
A typical day
A typical day with us: We can provide your dog with daily walks, exercise, and play brain games such as puzzle toys, ball fetching, Kong toys, tug of war, finding treats, and socialization with other dogs. Booking: Our overnight boarding charges cover a 24-hour period.

Availability
Schedule: We both work from home and our schedules are flexible, so your dogs won’t be left unattended/alone. We provide potty breaks every 2-4 hours. We’ll send you daily msg/pictures/videos as often as every 3-4 hrs throughout the stay depending on your requests. We sanitize our play area periodically throughout the day using pet-friendly cleaning supplies. We keep a large water bowl filled throughout the day. We brush your dog's hair every morning if needed. We will do our best to give your furry babies the same experience he/she gets at home!
