Pet care experience
My name is Eleanor. In the last year we recently lost our own senior dogs who were 17, 16 and 15. We recently fostered and subsequently adopted a corgi puppy who just recovered from heart surgery. I am also the mom of five children who are 12, 11, 9 and 4 year old twins. I have provided pet care services for many years but am starting back up after the addition of our twins :) My husband works from home which allows me to come help you with your furry friend! I am on the board of a senior dog rescue called Senior Dog Haven and Hospice and ran it for 10+ years until I recently passed on the reins. We rescue dogs aged 7 and up that have found themselves homeless later in life. I love animals, especially elderly ones, and have dedicated my life to their care. I have fostered almost 100 senior dogs in the last 10 years and have a ton of experience with special needs dogs. I would love to come love on your dog and spoil them anytime you need me! We require your furry friend to be kid and dog friendly as they will get lots of love from our pack of children and our puppy, Gus Gus!

Eleanor is the absolute best! We felt completely comfortable leaving our one-year-old lab, Cora, in her care. She was excellent at communicating and sent lots of updates and pictures, which we really appreciated. Cora had so much fun playing with Gus and came home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for. We can’t wait for her to stay with Eleanor again!
Eleanor and Matt have been incredibly kind and welcoming, opening their home to Belinda on two separate occasions. They kept me thoughtfully updated with photos and videos of her happily playing and bonding with her new friend, Gus — something that truly lifted my heart. Since the loss of her best friend, Ollie, in late August, Belinda has missed companionship deeply. Seeing her relaxed, joyful, and able to run freely in their backyard brought tears of happiness to my eyes. I am so grateful to have found such nurturing, loving pet parents who care for fur children as if they were their own. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about them.
Chico always has a great time here. The hosts are responsive and caring dog lovers.
Eleanor did an amazing job taking care of our cat Jax that is facing kidney issues. Jax requires multiple oral medicines as well as an IV injection daily, neither of which he is a fan of, but Eleanor was able to swaddle him, administer his medicines, and make it as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend.
