Pet care experience
My family owned two dogs, three cats, four guinea pigs, and two parrots over the course of the 18 years I spent in my parents’ home. Needless to say, I love spending time with animals of all sorts, and particularly since I can’t have my own pet in my current apartment I’m always searching out ways to spend more time with friends’ cats, dogs, bunnies, etc. I have pet-sat for neighbors and friends many times over the last 15 years or so, including from gentle giant mutts to feisty barn cats. I look forward to meeting your pets too!

I always like to make sure I am able to have an initial interaction with a new pet in a calm and familiar environment for the pet (as much as is possible), as I think this helps get the relationship off on the right foot. I am not offering boarding but when sitting I am happy to spend as much time as needed with the pet at home since I am able to work remotely - all I need is wifi.

A typical day
I love going on long walks or hikes and playing long games of fetch with higher energy dogs. For low energy dogs, I’m happy to go on slower, shorter walks and spend time together in other ways. For cats that need more in-person attention, I love just hanging out on the same couch or chair while working on my laptop.

I work 100% from my home in Century City and also work East Coast hours. This means I’m available starting from 2 pm most days.
