Pet care experience
My name is Eleanor and I have been dogsitting for 8 years. I started by watching my boss's dog whenever he was out of town and suddenly it turned into a thriving business for friends of friends of friends' dogs and more. I love nothing more than playing with dogs and snuggling them. I have experience with every type from puppies to elderly dogs, Pugs to German Shepherds. Even the most skittish rescue dogs love me! I believe I speak their language. I also have experience watching cats, reptiles, and hedgehogs. I never feed dogs human food unless specifically instructed to do so (such as sprinkling cheese on the food of the picky ones). I send lots of pictures and videos as well so that you don't miss them too much while you are away! I offer plenty of walks, playtime, and potty breaks. If your dog doesn’t get along with other dogs, we will avoid them. I always feed pups on time.

I have a very fearful 8 month old rescue puppy. I was really concerned about leaving him with a stranger, but Eleanor had a way with him and he did great while we were gone for a week. She sent updates, pictures and a video to reassure me that he was thriving. I spent my vacation knowing that my puppy was in good hands. She even offered to water my plants!! I will definitely use Eleanor again when I set off on another adventure.

I love to help stimulate your dogs physically and mentally. We’ll play a bunch of games, go for walks, check out all the smells in the neighborhood, and cuddle at bedtime.

I work from home M-F and can be flexible. Happy to work in other remote locations outside of my apartment and provide many walk breaks during the day.
