Elaine is excellent! We had her stay at our home. It was our first time leaving our 3 fur babies overnight, since moving to Texas. Elaine is VERY attentive and a great communicator with sending us so many videos and pics of our babies while she was there. Also contacting us with any questions she had, which was great. Really made us feel at ease, and knew our babies were in good hands. You can really tell that she truly loves what she does. We are so happy to find Elaine! Thank you!!

Elaine was great! Never using a service before or leaving our boy, we were very nervous. She reassured us he would be cared for, loved and even sent daily pics so we could see Atlas. She even offered to FaceTime so our daughters could see him. He had lots of love and care while we were away. Thank you Elaine! As for the reviews mentioning a cancellation after booking. I experienced the same. When I messaged Elaine, she was truly available. Not sure why that happened. Perhaps a glitch? Glad I gave her a chance by confirming if she had tried to cancel. Plan on using her again and have already recommended her to family. Thank you!
