I worked as a wildlife biologist for over 35 years. I am now starting a new chapter in life as a dog walker because of my love of animals, especially dogs; and I like going for walks no matter the weather. So I thought I would combine my two favorites being with animals and being outside. In my personal life, my husband and I have a small farm where we have raised Belgian and Percheron horses, and Highland cattle. Besides handling dogs, cats, and bear cubs (see photo), I have cared for much bigger animals.
