Pet care experience
Hello, I have decades of experience caring for my own pets and those of family, friends and neighbors. I am a semi retired nurse and comfortable caring for dogs and cats of all ages. I have bottle fed foster kittens, raised puppies, coaxed shy cats into my lap, entertained high energy dogs and faithfully tended to the particular needs of the animals in my care. I love a walking/hike with a dog (on a leash) at their favorite park or trail and can transport in my SUV. I am also available for the pet who needs at home or indoor play and a happy visit.

I have a fenced back yard. My home is on a residential street with very light traffic. I am up early and can do middle of the night care if a puppy or elderly/ailing pet needs. I have a 12 year old cat with arthritis who will keep to herself and can hang out in the bedroom if that is better for the visiting pet.

A typical day
It depends on what the dog likes to do. Long walks on Sonoma County trails, A trip to the dog park, casual neighborhood walks, stick or ball chase (in a fenced yard or dog park). Hanging out together, pets and belly rubs, indoor dog games. My usual walks are: Sonoma Regional Park, Neighborhoods of Fetters and Agua Caliente, Jack London State Park.

I work away from home on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8 am - 5:30 pm. I am at home or available every evenings and all day/night on Weds, Fri, Sat, and Sun.
