I grew up with lots of pets and loved and cared for them. I had a dog for 17 years and since have taken to caring for friends and neighbors dogs.

Elaine was great with my dog! My dog had a challenging bout of sickness at the end of her stay (unrelated to anything with Elaine), and Elaine took exceptional care of her even while she was having challenging issues. My dog seemed sad to leave Elaine's place because she had such a lovely time, and Elaine made sure to check in on her after to make sure she was doing well. I'd highly recommend Elaine!
Elaine knows how to take care for any animal as one of the sweetest, most trustworthy, and responsible people i know. She always went above and beyond taking care of my pooch!
Elaine is the absolute best pet caregiver anyone could ask for. She has taken care of my little pup upwards of 10 times and she is my pups favorite pet sitter by far, so much so she gets excited when I turn onto Elaine's street because she knows she's spending the weekend with Elaine. I have left my dog for long weekends, up to 4 days, I always get updates on beach walks, hikes, food, and play Elaine makes sure I know my pup is having a good time and safe. I would recommend her to any of my friends / family pets. Thanks Elaine for taking such good care of my pup Louie!!

I live in a small house in south carlsbad and therefore prefer small or medium small dogs. There are no other pets in the home. ( I would consider large dogs if they don't require a large yard or have lots of energy). I love taking the dogs to the beach, dog parks and out and about. Your dogs can sleep where ever they are most comfortable in my home. I am unable to take aggressive, destructive or extremely vocal dogs.

A typical day
A typical day depends on the dog. I could take them 3 or 4 walks around the neighborhood. Or a trip to the beach or a park. Some dogs just like to chill.

Availability
I am currently semi retired and enjoy the company of and meeting new pups. Pet sitting is a great fit as I am active and flexible. I would make sure your pup would have company, attention, love and plenty of exercise as needed.
