Hello! My name is Elaine and I worked as a veterinary technician for 6 years. I currently work from home as a therapist, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I have extensive experience in caring for pets with a variety of behavioral and medical problems, as well as pets that just require standard top-notch care. I will update you via text and photos as often as you like, and make sure your dog feels as pampered as possible while you're away! I have experience with: dog and cat CPR and first aid, injectable medications (including fluids and insulin), oral medications (pills and liquids, including chemotherapy drugs), inhalers for asthmatic dogs, blind and deaf dogs, limited mobility dogs (including dogs who need bladder expression), and much more. If you have a special needs dog who will need medical care while you're away, please just ask - I will give you an honest and detailed explanation of my experience and skill set as it pertains to your dog's needs. Whether your dog requires special medical help or not, you can rest assured that your dog will be in good hands with me - and will have a great time.
