Hello! My name is Elaina and I am a full time EMT and service dog handler! My service dog is a German Shepherd named Barrett, who I fully trained myself. I have been around all sorts of species since I was a child and grew up working with, training and taking care of all of those animals including dogs, cats, horses, cows, reptiles, birds, etc! While I am trained in CPR/First Aid for humans, I understand the basics of CPR/First Aid for animals. However, I plan on taking a certified animal CPR and first aid class in the near future! I am able to offer doggy daycare, overnight boarding, dog walks and drop in day time visits. I understand how difficult it can be to try and find somebody to take care of your animal in a pinch, thankfully I have a fairly open schedule and would love to be able to assist you in any way possible!

Did a great job taking care of my babies...on time and very easy to work with...
Where do I start!? We reached out to Elaina the night before we needed help with Rosie. She responded almost immediately, letting us know she would be able to help. After receiving a few no's and non-responses from a couple of other people we reached out to, this was a huge breath of fresh air. Elaina's awesome communication continued throughout the stay. She sent pictures and thoughtful updates that were genuine and made us realized that our dog was in great hands. When we picked Rosie up, we could tell that she had a great time, as she napped for the remainder of the day (a tired dog is a happy dog). We highly recommend Elaina for her boarding services and plan on being returning customers whenever we're in the area and need help. Thanks again, Elaina!
Elaina was amazing. She took care of my crew so well. Our old man even warmed up to her after a while. Will definitely be using her again next time we have to go out if town last minute.

A typical day
I like to take walks typically at the boardwalk or trails in the St. Clair County area, but we are also open to where we exercise and always appreciate a change in scenery. We have a wide variety of toys (tennis balls, frisbees, tug ropes, squeakers, you name it!) that would appease any dog, along with 2.5 acres to stretch their legs (supervised of course).
