Back Story: Before I moved to the DFW Area a few years ago, I grew up living in a house with 5 dogs. The 5 dogs were Kandi (Toy-Poodle), Daisy ( Bichon/Maltese mix), Sammy (Shepard/Lab-Retriever mix), Ace (Shitzu), and Athena (Boxer/Lab mix). Prior to Rover, I dog sat for a few of my coworkers on multiple occasions, Ranger (German-Shepard), Bruno (Poodle-Terrier mix), Yuki (Samoyed), and Roxy & Remy (Labradoodles). I understand that dogs need a lot of attention and care as well as have their routines that make them feel comfortable. Here are some key pieces of information about me: - I live in a house with a big backyard. - I work a 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday 100% remote full time job. - Recently I’ve adopted a small Pug/Shih-Tzu mixed female dog named Muffy. She gets along great with people and other dogs all shapes and sizes! - I don’t consider myself a high volume dog boarder. However, I have hosted multiple dogs from different customers in the past. The most dogs I’ve hosted at the same time is 5. It is a judgement call on my end and I will always ask for permission from everyone involved before accepting multiple dogs. - I send at least 3 pictures/videos updates throughout the day (morning, lunch, evening). - I will only feed your dog whatever food/treats you give me.

Eddie is just the best at taking care of my fur babies and always ready to be flexible. He sends Regular updates and pics with lots of humor. He is such a nice guy and genuinely cares for the dogs. I know I can always trust him with their care.

Eddie is always my go to sitter for my dog Aurora. He’s super reliable & I know my dog is always in good hands with him! Aurora loves him & he sends plenty of updates to keep us in the loop while we’re out of town.
Eddy and Mel are fantastic! I have had then watch my dogs numerous times and I always feel comfortable knowing they are they taken care of and cared for. They provided daily picture updates and are my all time favorite dog sitters.

During your pets visit, I’d be able to help let them out for potty breaks, take a break for play time/walks, and be able to feed them at their normal time, sticking to their routines. The same goes for house sitting. Since I’m still working remotely, all I need is a wifi connection inside your home and I’ll be able to be there supervising your dogs & house. If I’m hosting a dog in my home, I always ask that owners provide crates, beds, toys, food & water bowls, etc. because it helps the dog(s) smell home which makes them feel more comfortable during their stay.

A typical day
Depending on the weather, there’ll be plenty of time for squirrel patrol and chasing Muffy around in the backyard. I have 2 spacious living rooms that dogs get comfortable in. Typically throughout the day I’ll be working and the dogs will be lounging around napping & watching tv. I’ll take breaks throughout the day to spend time in the backyard with the dogs. I can also be flexible with drop off & pick ups. I drive a 4-door Toyota Highlander so there is plenty of space for them if I have to go anywhere. Availability
Being able to work remotely has given me the flexibility to help supervise throughout the day and night. For new requests I always make sure to schedule meet & greets. I’m usually available for meet & greets during the week after 5:30pm and anytime on the weekends.
