Pet care experience
Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and I have loved them for all of my 20 years. At one point we even had 9 dogs simultaneously! More importantly though I have experience working with dogs that aren’t mine. Before covid I worked at the animal shelter Animal Alliance and gained a lot of experience dealing with all types of dogs. I am as passionate as I am experienced and will love walking your dogs!

Edward has taken care of my dog Stella multiple times, and she absolutely loves him. He always updates me on their walks promptly, and varies the routes that they take. Stella is a 65 pound lab mix with a lot of energy, and Edward is able to keep up with her and give her the attention she needs! He is also very prompt in reaching out and responding. The best compliment I can give is that Stella didn’t seem to care that I had been out of town, because Edward had been taking such good care of her (and she normally is not happy to be left behind!). He’s great with her!
Edward loves dogs and they love him. He is the main caretaker of our two Labradoodles and they both adore him. He has volunteered many hours at my friend's animal rescue (mostly dogs, but cats too) and has also worked there as an employee. He has recently started pet-sitting and enjoyed taking care of a cat last week while the family was on vacation. He is reliable and responsible and well qualified to be a daily dog-walker or act as a caretaker for your pets while you are away. He is honest and polite and I don't think you can find a better candidate to look after your furry friends.
Edward is a lifelong dog owner and care-taker and dogs seem to naturally gravitate toward him. He is responsible for all of their care at our house (feeding AM and PM, putting them out, taking them to the vet when they need it/if there is an emergency) and is very reliable. Just as importantly, our dogs love him and enjoy spending time with him--more than anyone else in the house! We have had rescues, fosters, puppies, adult dogs, and dogs with significant medical needs/issues. They all have one thing in common: they love Edward!

A typical day
I have found that each dog has their own “favorite thing” to do and I love adventuring with them to figure out what that is. I also of course enjoy fetch and giving a dog some love is pretty hard to beat as well!
