Hi there, My name is Edward and along with my wife Angel, we have been providing services on Rover for over a year now. We have boarded over 30 dogs and it’s been a great experience and we are happily having a lot of repeat bookings and are thankful for all the great reviews. The environment we provide is a typical household one, we would be best suited for family dogs who are used to being in a cozy place with other humans and dogs. We live in a house with a garden that is enclosed. Please have a read though the following about what we can provide. - We accept bookings for multiple dogs, following this we need to be confident of a dogs behavior with us and other peoples pets. We supervise and rarely would leave but if there are instances of aggression which mean we cannot keep dogs together this would not be acceptable. Our top priority is to guarantee the safety and wellbeing of any animal left in our care. We always want to meet a dog first before a boarding though you know your dog best so please inform us of any issues. For example, feeding dogs separately is something we can do easily. - We enjoy taking dogs out and about of course so always will provide walks, if your dog is very high energy we might not be best suited though. Im just mentioning this as we don’t have fields of space if your dog is used to that. We will NOT walk dogs in high temperatures. - Please let us know if your dog is on a strict diet and cannot have things like training treats or chews, as we occasionally use these as positive reinforcement or to help anxiety. Your welcome to bring some with you and we can use them. - Please bring with you any food, treats, leash and their bed. We can provide things like bowls and have back ups but things like the bed help dogs settle into a new environment. - We do like to do a bit of brushing, especially if a dog is shedding. We don’t generally do bathing, though in an emergency we will. For example some dogs like to roll in some pretty disgusting things and that would be when we would want to give them a wash before jumping on the couch! - Please let us know of any reactivity your dog might have. For example, Cars, Larger dogs, fireworks etc. If your dog is an escape artist definitely mention that too! Thanks for reading. Any questions just ask.
