I am a recent graduate from Boston College, now living in Cambridge. I have been working with the other dog service Wag! walking and boarding dogs. It has helped me grow more accustomed to all different breeds and temperaments of dogs. I have learned how to handle and introduce myself to dogs that have been very nervous with going on walks with strangers in order to get them to trust being around with me. I have also learned how to manage larger dogs with distinct triggers and to keep them from leading me during a walk. Asides from what I have learned with my experiences working with Wag, I simply love to play around with dogs and they are often a great release after a week at work which is why I want to try Rover in order to gain greater exposure. Also, PLEASE ignore my mustache in a few of the gallery pictures. I know it makes me look creepy but I was participating in Movember since I actually work with research related to prostate cancer.
